SEREN-I-TEA Afternoon Tea Service
Terra Nova Café’s signature SEREN-I-TEA is inspired by the tranquillity of the Nordic spa experience. This beautifully curated afternoon tea is presented on a tiered tray featuring freshly baked, house-made scones, an elegant selection of savoury delights, and refined bite-sized indulgences. A vegetarian option is available at no additional cost. Each detail is thoughtfully prepared to nourish both body and spirit. Set within serene surroundings and unhurried moments, SEREN-I-TEA is a reimagined ritual, a harmonious balance of comfort, refinement, and calm. Nordic Spa guests are warmly invited to enjoy High Tea in swimsuits and robes; no expectations, just relaxation.
To elevate the experience, guests may choose between our Classic offering or a Sparkling variation, which includes a sparkling wine or mimosa to enjoy at your leisure. Our teas are thoughtfully selected by Karen Hartwick of Tea Leaves, ensuring every cup reflects exceptional quality and expertise.

Priced at $6 per person, each cake is a thoughtful and elegant addition to your gathering. Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, anniversary, or another meaningful milestone, our team is happy to help you mark the occasion in a way that feels personal, memorable, and delightfully indulgent.
We are happy to accommodate gluten-free and vegetarian options. Please ensure these requests are pre-booked in advance to allow for proper preparation. Allergen Notice: Guests with food allergies are kindly advised that our kitchen handles common allergens, including dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish. While we take care in preparation, cross-contamination may occur.
An automatic 15% gratuity will be applied to High Tea reservations for groups of five or more. To ensure the highest quality experience, all High Tea offerings are prepared fresh on the morning of your reservation. Please note that charges will apply based on the number of guests booked. We kindly ask that any cancellations or changes be communicated before 8:00 a.m. on the day of your reservation. Cancellation Policy
Please note that this policy applies to all bookings, without exception.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the service fee.
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
This policy applies to all individual services and spa packages.
Group Bookings
For group reservations totalling 10 or more hours of services, a minimum of 7 days’ notice is required for any changes or cancellations to be eligible for a refund. Changes or cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice are non-refundable.
Late Arrivals
Arriving late may result in a shortened treatment time to accommodate the next scheduled guest. Full service fees will still apply.
Important Notice
All guests are kindly asked to check out at the reception before leaving the facility. If a guest departs without checking out after their treatment, an automatic checkout will be processed, including a 15% gratuity applied to the services received.
