Having been raised in a small community on my family farm, I gained an excellent work ethic and a strong zest for life. My passion was horses, I participated on a competitive level both locally and nationally.
I am a 1993 graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy and a 2009 graduate of the Canadian College of Osteopathy. I am dedicated to improving the lives of my clients. I truly value my connection with people and treat a wide range of clients from young children to seniors while taking a great effort to identify and treat their specific needs.
Many years ago, I also had the good fortune to experience a Nordic Spa and was HOOKED! My dream was to open one in Oxford County where my husband operates a successful modern automated dairy farm. I took the first step by opening Terra Nova Spa & Café where we are all about relaxation. We support an inclusive non-judgmental environment that offers services to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit.
Now, my dreams are coming to fruition as we proudly opened our Nordic Spa in December 2022. I am excited to manifest the rest of my vision by creating a distinctive sanctuary, where people can seek various treatments and experience transformation beyond imagination.
