If you are looking for the quietest times to relax, we suggest you to book during weekdays (except Fridays) and after 4 pm ideally.

The only way to guarantee access to the spa is to reserve your Thermal Experience online or by calling 226 796 9181. Reservations have priority in getting into the Nordic Thermal area.

We recommend booking your Thermal Experience ahead of time so that you are guaranteed your time. Walk-ins are welcome as long as there is space.

To help keep our pools and facilities clean for everyone, we kindly ask that you avoid using tinted sunscreens, self-tanners, or any products that may transfer to surfaces or water. We appreciate your understanding.

Yes, a full-body shower is required before entering any pools or thermal spaces. This ensures a clean and enjoyable experience for all our guests. Thank you for respecting this important part of our wellness culture.

Yes, you can book online or by phone: 226 796 9181Reservations per day are limited and may vary.Guests must check in by their reservation time or within 30 minutes after that time or they will lose their priority access to the baths.Monetary gift certificates can be applied at the time of your spa visit. Some conditions apply.Modifications to your Thermal reservation cannot be made within 48 hours of the scheduled visit. Cancellations made within 48 hours of a reservation are subject to full payment.

We take cash, credit and debit. We do not accept cheques.

We recommend all spa services be reserved in advance. Booking your Thermal experience in advance for the best availability will avoid disappointment, especially for weekends and busy holiday time periods.Reservations are required for all Terra Nova Nordic Spa services and for a guaranteed check-in time for the Terra Nova Nordic Thermal experience. There is walk-in availability for the Thermal Experience, but guests may be subject to a wait list upon arrival if the spa is at capacity. We do not have a cancellation list. Thermal Experience access is not guaranteed via the wait list.

We recommend that you book your Nordic Thermal in advance because we allow only a limited number of guests present in our Thermal Experience at any one time in order to preserve the quality of the guest experience. So before coming, please check if there are some spa passes available for the day you planned to come.

  • Please note that there is a 48-hour delay to activate online gift certificates.
  • Non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.

To maintain a serene and respectful atmosphere, electronics and phones are not permitted in the Nordic Thermal Experience. Due to the presence of cameras on mobile devices and tablets, we strictly enforce this policy to ensure the comfort, privacy, and relaxation of all guests.Unplug, unwind, and fully immerse yourself in the peaceful escape our spa offers.If a pre-arranged social media influencer is attending, a sign will be posted at reception to notify all guests. Any approved influencers will have signed consent and will ensure no guests are included in any photos or videos.Thank you for helping us create a sanctuary of peace and relaxation.

Yes, we encourage guests to bring a reusable, unbreakable water bottle to stay hydrated during their visit. If you don't have one, we offer suitable bottles for purchase at the spa. Please note that only water is permitted within the spa areas; all other food and beverages are to be enjoyed in our café.

Guests must be 18 years and over.
An all-inclusive experience: two towels per person, a bathrobe and a locker are provided.
Bathing suit mandatory.
Prices are per person, before taxes.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Reservation is required for massage and spa services.
Gift cards: Gift cards purchased online are delivered electronically. There is a 48-hour delay to activate gift cards purchased online. Gift cards are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.

Appointment Policies: Cancellations & Changes

To secure an appointment, full payment is required at the time of booking. Please note that our cancellation policy applies to all bookings, regardless of circumstances. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, there will be no refunds or credit issued. For cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance, a credit will be applied to your account. This policy applies to all spa packages and services booked.

For groups reserving 10 or more hours of services, a minimum of 7 days' notice for changes or cancellations is required to obtain any refunds. If changes or cancellations are made with less than 7 days' notice, there will be no refunds.

Arriving late for your appointment may result in a shortened treatment duration to accommodate the following guest. Thank you for your understanding.

Guests who have reserved a Thermal Experience visit or Spa Service should refer to their email confirmation for specific check-in times and important information about their visit. Late arrivals might not be rescheduled. Guests who are late for their Spa Service will impact the amount of allotted time for their treatment.

GUESTS
We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes in advance.  Arriving late will impact the amount of allotted time for your service.

We will guarantee 3 hours. If the Nordic Thermal Experience is not fully booked you are welcome to stay as long as 8pm. It is important to know that guests do not have in-and-out privileges.

Yes, when you telephone more than 48 hours before your treatment appointment. For cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, 50% of the cost of your treatment will be taken from your credit card. 100% of the cost of the treatment will be charged for any same day cancellations.

Reservations are not required at our café. It is recommended for larger group and High Tea.

Baked goods and various soups and sandwiches.

At Terra Nova Nordic Spa & Café we are proud to be able to provide you with a variety of food and beverages made right here on-site and with locally sourced products. To complement your experience we do offer a special High Tea experience which you can book in advance. Please note other than water no outside food or beverages are permitted on site.

Our café welcomes everyone. If you are visiting our Thermal Experience feel free to enter our café in your robe, however, NO swim suites alone are permitted outside of the Thermal area in respect of all our spa guests.

No, smoking, vaping, or the use of any tobacco or cannabis products is not permitted anywhere on the spa premises. Our environment is designed to promote relaxation, wellness, and clean air for all guests. Thank you for helping us maintain a serene and healthy atmosphere.
