Your visit includes the use of a robe (unisex size XL) and towels. Swimsuits and sandals are mandatory and may be purchased at the spa if needed. We encourage guests to bring a reusable, unbreakable water bottle, or one can be purchased on-site for your convenience.
For the comfort and cleanliness of all guests, tinted sunscreens, self-tanners, or similar products are not permitted. A full-body shower is required before entering pools or thermal areas. Food and beverages are not permitted within the spa areas; water is welcome, and all other refreshments can be enjoyed in our on-site café.

At Terra Nova, guests can immerse themselves in warmth through our two year-round outdoor hot pools, each designed for comfort and relaxation in every season. Our collection of heat experiences includes a traditional Finnish sauna, an aromatic cedar wood sauna, a rustic wood-fired sauna, and a gentle infrared sauna. For those who prefer moist heat, our eucalyptus steam room and spruce steam room offer soothing, aromatic environments that support respiratory wellness and deep relaxation. Whether you seek intense dry heat or enveloping steam, the hot phase prepares the body for contrast, opening pores, loosening muscles, and setting the stage for renewal.

Cold is the awakening phase of the Nordic cycle, invigorating, clarifying, and deeply restorative. Exposure to cold water stimulates circulation, reduces inflammation, and encourages the release of endorphins, leaving you feeling energized and mentally refreshed. The sudden shift in temperature helps strengthen resilience, improve vascular tone, and support the body’s natural recovery processes.
At Terra Nova, guests can embrace the benefits of contrast through our two cold plunges, a refreshing cold pool, invigorating spill buckets, and outdoor cold showers designed to awaken the senses in every season. Though brief, the cold phase is powerful, sharpening focus, boosting mood, and preparing the body to return to warmth and rest with renewed balance.

After the contrast of heat and cold, intentional relaxation allows the body to recalibrate, the heart rate to slow, and the nervous system to settle into balance. This pause is essential, supporting recovery, mental clarity, and a lasting sense of calm. Throughout the Nordic Spa, inviting spaces are thoughtfully woven into the landscape to encourage stillness and comfort. Unwind in our Yurt, gather in Timber Haven, recline on warm water beds or lounge beds, and settle beside the glow of our firepits. Cozy beanbags, expansive decks, and quiet resting areas are spread across the grounds, offering space to breathe deeply and simply be. Here, relaxation is not an afterthought; it is the heart of the experience.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that this policy applies to all bookings, without exception.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the service fee.
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
This policy applies to all individual services and spa packages.
Group Bookings
For group reservations totalling 10 or more hours of services, a minimum of 7 days’ notice is required for any changes or cancellations to be eligible for a refund. Changes or cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice are non-refundable.
Late Arrivals
Arriving late may result in a shortened treatment time to accommodate the next scheduled guest. Full service fees will still apply.
Important Notice
All guests are kindly asked to check out at the reception before leaving the facility. If a guest departs without checking out after their treatment, an automatic checkout will be processed, including a 15% gratuity applied to the services received.
