What are your hours of operation?

We are open 7 days a week.

Spa Hours: 10:00 am – 8:00 pm
Café Hours: 9:00 am – 8:00 pm

Do I need a reservation?

We strongly recommend booking your Nordic Thermal Experience in advance to guarantee access. Walk-ins are welcome when space allows, but reservations always take priority. To reserve, book online or call 226-796-9181.

How do I guarantee access to the spa?

The only way to guarantee access is to reserve your Thermal Experience online or by calling 226-796-9181.

Can I come without a reservation?

Yes, walk-ins are welcome if space is available. However, to avoid disappointment, we recommend booking ahead.

I have a reservation. What time should I arrive?

Please refer to your confirmation email for your specific check-in time and visit details. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early. Late arrivals may shorten the length of your spa service, and missed appointments may not be rescheduled.

Is there a time limit for the Thermal Experience?

There is no set time limit. If the Nordic Thermal Experience is not fully booked, guests are welcome to stay until closing at 8:00 pm.
Please note that re-entry is not permitted once you have checked out.

What should I bring?

Your visit includes the use of a robe and towels. Guests must bring or wear:

• a swimsuit
sandals
• an unbreakable water bottle

Unbreakable water bottles are encouraged, and multiple water refill stations are available throughout the spa. If needed, suitable items may also be purchased on-site.

Can I bring my own water bottle?

Yes. We encourage guests to bring a reusable, unbreakable water bottle to stay hydrated during their visit. Only water is permitted in the spa areas. All other food and beverages must be enjoyed in the café.

What facilities are available at Terra Nova Nordic Spa?

Terra Nova offers a traditional Scandinavian-inspired thermal experience with hot, cold, and relaxation areas.

What are the quietest times to visit?

If you are looking for a quieter experience, we recommend visiting on weekdays, especially Monday through Thursday.

When are your busiest times?

Weekends and holidays are generally our busiest times, so we recommend booking in advance.

Our peak periods typically include: • Christmas • Valentine’s Day • Easter • May 20–25 • Labour Day weekend • Thanksgiving weekend

What happens if I am on the waitlist?

If space becomes available, we will send you a text message. You will have 30 minutes to return to the spa.

What is your gift card policy?

Gift certificates may be purchased at our front desk or through our website.

Please note:
• Online gift certificates require up to 48 hours to activate
• Gift certificates are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash
• Monetary gift certificates may be applied during your spa visit

Are phones or electronics allowed?

No. Terra Nova Nordic Spa is a digital-free zone. To maintain a peaceful and respectful atmosphere, phones and electronic devices are not permitted in the Nordic Thermal Experience. Because mobile devices contain cameras, this policy also protects the privacy and comfort of all guests.

We invite you to unplug, unwind, and fully immerse yourself in the experience. If a pre-arranged social media influencer is visiting the spa, a notice will be posted at reception. Any approved content creator will have signed consent and must ensure that no guests appear in photos or videos.

Can I reserve a table at the café?

Can I wear my robe in the café?

Yes. Guests enjoying the Thermal Experience are welcome to enter the café in their robe. Please note that swimsuits alone are not permitted outside the Thermal area, out of respect for all guests.
