Firm Cancellation Policy
Please note that our cancellation policy applies to all bookings, regardless of circumstances. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, 100% of the service fee will be charged. For cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance, a 50% fee will be applied. This policy is in effect for all spa packages and services booked.
For groups reserving 10 or more hours of services, a minimum of 7 days’ notice for changes or cancellations is required to obtain any refunds. If changes or cancellations are made with less than 7 days’ notice, there will be no refunds.
Arriving late for your appointment may result in a shortened treatment duration to accommodate the following guest. Thank you for your understanding.

We kindly request all guests to check out at reception before leaving our facility. If you leave without checking out following your treatments, an automatic checkout will be processed, including a 15% gratuity applied to your services. Thank you for your understanding.

A pampering experience that begins with cuticle care and expert nail filing. Indulge in a soothing massage that will leave you feeling truly relaxed. We treat your a hand and arm exfoliation with one of our seasonal body polishes and a nourishing application of paraffin wax, followed by the comforting touch of hot towels.
We have decided to discontinue polish for manicures to focus on providing exceptional natural nail care. Pedicures with polish will still be available. This change ensures we deliver the highest quality service for natural manicures, keeping our guests happy and satisfied.
Foot CARE
Consists of cuticle care, filing and callus removal. Enjoy an invigorating foot and lower leg scrub as well as a relaxing massage, finishing off with the perfect polish application in the colour of your choice.
Treatment begins with precise cuticle care and expert nail filing, blissful foot massage, designed to soothe and rejuvenate tired feet. To enhance the experience further, we lavish your feet with the nourishing application of paraffin wax, followed by the enveloping warmth of hot towels.
Enjoy all the benefits of our spa pedicure enhanced with the application of a nourishing application of paraffin wax wrapped in hot towels, and an extended massage to soften and hydrate the skin.

This pick-me-up “30-minute mini facial” is perfect for those who are pressed for time. Your mini facial will consist of a cleanse, tone, exfoliation, mask & (massage during mask) tone, serum, and eye cream, finished with a daily moisturizer.
SPA FACIAL
Enjoy a deep cleansing facial with warm moistened towels after each step. Relax through applications of our custom-picked skincare products. During your treatment, you will experience a de-stressing scalp massage and facial pressure point massage. This service will leave you with a glowing and nourished complexion.
Dermalux LED Phototherapy Facial
Offers the most powerful, precise, and advanced protocols for the treatment of challenging skin concerns and conditions (Redness, Rosacea, Acne, Sun Damage, Pigmentation, Wound Healing, Psoriasis, and Inflammatory skin conditions). For the best results, it is recommended to book a series of 6 treatments.
Infrared 30 min. facial
This facial will consist of cleansing, tone, exfoliation, serum, and 10 min INFRARED light application, followed by a perfect daily moisturizer. To conclude this treatment, enjoy a hot oil hair treatment, where blends of warm oils are applied to the hair to deeply nourish and hydrate. (Oil treatment for hair is optional but highly recommended.) Please note this is not performed by an RMT, it follows the Ayurvedic principles.

UNLIMITED CLASS ACCESS (Maximum 15 participants per class, first-come, first-served) A $17 fine will be applied for no-shows without 24-hour notice after sign-up. The drop-in fee remains unchanged at $20 per session.
Start your week with a flow Yoga class. Learn some flow basics while stretching and strengthening. Each class will build on the previous class, and focus on proper posture and alignment, as well as encourage mindful movement in tune with the breath.
A mid-week gentle Yin Style Yoga class focusing on stretching and opening poses for tight hips, sore shoulders and busy minds. Feel refreshed and ready for the rest of the week.
Slowly flow through some gentle poses to release tension and stress. Each class will feature a longer meditation with a different focus to restore calm and balance.
